Being a female entrepreneur in the audio industry—whether as an Earphones Supplier, Earphone Manufacturer, or running an Earphone Factory—comes with unique challenges. One of the hardest things is balancing work and family, especially when raising kids.

You’re never truly giving 100% to either side. When you’re at work, you feel guilty about not being there for your kids. When you’re with your kids, you worry about the business. It’s a constant emotional turmoil, a daily struggle of making choices—stepping back at work sometimes, accepting that your kids are home with family, and learning to be okay with it.

I am incredibly grateful for a loving and understanding husband and a supportive family who help me navigate this journey. But even with support, it doesn’t mean the challenges disappear. The guilt, the sacrifices, and the tough decisions are still there.
Yet, the recognition for years of hard work in the OEM Earphones and ODM Earphones space makes it all worthwhile. Seeing the company grow, delivering Custom Earphones and Private Label Earphones to clients worldwide, and innovating with custom earphone cables—these milestones remind me why I started in the first place.

As a mother and entrepreneur, I find that I can blend my child’s education and environment into my work atmosphere. I often take my child along when I interact with foreign clients. These vibrant interactions expose my child to different cultures in real-time, subtly shaping their worldview. It’s an enriching experience, where my child learns about global perspectives not from a textbook, but from lively exchanges with people from all over the world.
Through these moments, I also get to see my child through fresh eyes—how they engage, learn, and adapt to these cultural nuances, which in turn shapes the way I understand their growth.

Switching between various tasks demands immense mental stamina. To manage this, I turned to meditation and self-reflection, practices that have helped me build stronger mental and emotional resilience. They allow me to focus my energy more effectively and recharge my mind.
I highly recommend that other entrepreneurial mothers—especially those in the fast-paced world of business—incorporate these practices into their daily routines. Not only does it help maintain balance, but it also nurtures a deeper connection to our own needs and aspirations, ensuring that we show up for both our families and our businesses with clarity and strength.
To all the women navigating this journey: It is hard. And no mother is doing it all alone. Take the help when it’s there, build a strong team—both at work and at home—make your voice heard, and most importantly, accept that you don’t have to do everything perfectly.
No matter how effortless success may seem on social media, every female entrepreneur in oversea business is walking a similar path. You are not alone. Value yourself for all that you do.
