Website content does not constitute a binding offer. A binding manufacturing relationship is created only by a written agreement, purchase order, or signed quotation that expressly incorporates these Terms. Technical specifications, pricing, tooling fees, MOQs, and delivery schedules are confirmed in that agreement. Any conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement will be resolved in favor of the signed agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digcue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or reliance on its content. Our aggregate liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the amounts paid or payable under the relevant signed agreement.

For clients in other jurisdictions, the governing law of a specific manufacturing agreement may differ and will be stated therein.
